This 11"x14" original acrylic painting is illustrates the children's poem: Little Boy Blue come blow your horn. The sheep's in the meadow; the cow's in the corn. And where is the boy who looks after the sheep? He 's under the haystack, fast asleep! In addition is a barn. The first line of the poem surrounds the image. It is set in a 2" hand-grained frame and is the companion piece to "Mary Had a Little Lamb."

Psalm 23

This painting illustrates the well-known and beloved Bible verse from Pslam 23: the Lord is my Shepherd. I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures. The lamb is lying in the green pasture, by the still waters, with a fruit tree for food and shade.

This is an original acrylic painting with an oil glaze. The frame is painted with the verse as well as the faux graining.
